Swedish Massage

 Swedish Massage uses a number of techniques to manipulate the soft tissues of the body.  A trained therapist will be able to locate and treat areas of tension to provide relief from pain.  Oils are used to reduce friction and allow better soothing of tired muscles.

Aromatherapy Massage

 This is an ancient therapy combining massage with the healing qualities of essential oils.

 

Seated Swedish Massage (particularly suitable for small groups and parties)

 This is an adaptation of Swedish massage and is useful for specific treatment to the back, shoulders, neck and arms.
