More and more of us are realising just how important it is to get fit and/or stay fit.  Having made the decision (which is the most important step!) to get fit there are a number of choices.   You can simply go for a jog, buy some exercise equipment such a bike or cross trainer, join a gym or find a personal trainer.   Any of these are great and general fitness will be improved provided you keep it up and have enough self motivation but the best results will probably be achieved by training with a personal trainer.

A personal trainer will have been trained in the use of gym equipment ensuring its safe use.  They will also understand how long it will take to make a noticeable difference.  They will be able to put together a training programme tailored to your needs, be that general fitness, weight loss, strength etc, and make it fun.  They will put together a programme which suits you and provide the encouragement and motivation to see it through to meet your goals.

- Realistic and achievable training targets

- Instruction in the use of equipment

- An agreed training schedule

We can provide all the equipment, motivation and planning,

the rest is up to you!
