Louise (often known as Lu) has always believed in the benefits of an holistic approach to life and chose to become a Montessori teacher using a philosophy that allows the whole child to develop naturally through refinement of the five senses.    She has had a long career as a Montessori directress, eventually owning her own school catering for up to thirty young children at a time.   Louise continues to teach on a part time basis, which gives her plenty of time to pursue her interest in holistic therapies such as Indian head massage and reflexology.

Louise plays tennis on a regular basis and strongly believes that Indian head massage, which encourages relaxation, relieves muscle strain and aids concentration, can be extremely beneficial to sportsmen and women.  She is also interested in African music and plays djembe with a local drum circle.  She finds that massage provides a welcome and necessary relief from the occasional discomfort caused by the repetitive use of arm and shoulder muscles during drumming.

Louise is qualified in Stress Management, Indian Head Massage, Seated Massage, Reflexology and Counselling Skills.  She regularly attends courses to enhance and complement her techniques so that she may provide the best treatment for her clients.
