Fund Raising

Hopefully most of us will never see the inside of an Intensive Care Unit. My wife was recently very ill so I spent many hours sitting by her bedside and saw at first hand what a wonderful job the staff in ITU do.

I was so impressed that I decided I would try and help raise money to buy some additional equipment allowing patients to recover more quickly.

On 6th April I will be running an interactive workshop teaching a little about muscles, stretching techniques and how to help prevent backache, RSI, stress and many other aches and pains.

If you would like to attend please make a donation to the fund and help me raise much needed money for very worthwhile cause. (suggested donation £15 for the 2 hour workshop)
