During a stretching session you will be taught the basic techniques required to maintain muscle tone and help relieve conditions such as back ache and RSI.  These techniques can then be used whenever and wherever required to help relieve aches and pains.

Travel

To cover travel expenses and time  an additional charge of £10 session is made when the client is more than 10miles from Hazlemere, Buckinghamshire.

We reserve the right to charge for cancellations where less than 24 hours notice is given.
