Clare is a Chartered Physiotherapist having graduated from Nottingham University in 2000 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy and currently works for the NHS as a senior physiotherapist in a busy outpatient department.

She has a keen interest in sport and has been a county swimmer and has taken part in the Women’s Henley and National Rowing Championships.  She also plays tennis, squash and enjoys skiing all giving her a personal insight into the ways the body can be overused or injured.
