We offer a range of professional visiting massage services by qualified therapists, both to companies and to private individuals. Our therapies can provide relief from many common ailments including RSI, stress, stiff joints, poor posture, backache and poor muscle tone. Relief may also be achieved for tennis/golfers elbow, caused by over use of forearm muscles, and cramp, caused by excess lactic acid due to exercise. Swedish, Deep Tissue and Aromatherapy Massages are performed using a variety of oils to enable better contact for the therapist's hands to either glide over the body to soothe or to provide grip for treatment in specific areas. Acupressure, On-Site and Indian Head Massage are all performed in the seated position, fully clothed and without oils making them ideal for use where space or time may be restricted, or in the office. Reflexology uses the reflexes in the feet to treat many common ailments. It is believed that all the bodies parts and functions are reflected in the feet. Physiotherapy techniques can help with the rehabilitation of injured joints and muscles. Above all, our therapies are relaxing, rejuvenating and enjoyable.
